ULTRASONIC CLEANING AND DEGREASING EQUIPMENTS

Decarburization, degreasing and cleaning system for any type of automotive parts and engine components.
With ULTRASONIC, those areas more hidden and of difficult access, are no longer a problem of cleanliness, because the degreasing product acts with the same efficiency in the entire piece.
Capacities vary between 100 and 3000 litres.
Ultra sound cleaning is effective and used in multiple types of parts, eliminating dirt and all traces of oil, mechanization emulsions, grease, rust, etc., ensuring excellent cleaning to each specific case or needs.
Able to be used in any material: aluminium, iron, steel, stainless steel, brass.
The cleaning and degreasing equipments can be static tanks, with manual or automatic charge or even automatic lines working continuously.
The number and position of the vats define the washing cycle, which changes according to the parts typology and needs of the degreasing process.
