WASHING AND DEGREASING TUNNELS IN CONTINUOUS THROUGH CONVERYORS

Multiphase tunnel that can incorporate several stations: washing, rinse, passivation, blow and drying, in relation to the specific product requirements.

Pieces feeding are manual or automatic.

System of transportation pieces:
- Carpet: through conveyor belt (carpet) of several shapes, materials and dimensions.
- Air: air system equipped with tool for the pieces fixation.
- Rolls: with eventual couplings to external carpets for load/unload of the pieces.
